Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that tax exemptions extended to the consumers of cellular phone companies on the directions of Supreme Courts, do not extend to the users of post-paid consumers; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) what steps are being taken to extend tax exemptions to the postpaid users, and rationalize the rate of taxes to the postpaid users, as it is being done for prepaid users?
