(a) Is it a fact that on 01-01-2012 Stock Assistants etc. were upgraded from BPS-6 to BPS-11 and promoted from BPS-11 to BPS-15 on completion of twenty years service but no nomenclature for the promoted posts has been decided to date and no job description has been separated which is violation of rules and against fundamental rights of government servants; (b) If answer to (a) above is affirmative, the reasons thereof?
