Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of dams being constructed for provision of water to the New Islamabad Airport; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to acquire more land for the said Airport, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state: (a) the names of the insurance companies operating at present in the country; (b) the name of the insurance companies which have been granted permission to work in the country during the last five years with year wise breakup; and (c) the number of persons who have been insured with the said companies during the last five year-wise and province-wise breakup?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to appoint women having Ph.D and M.Phil with B.Ed and M.Ed degrees as teachers and lecturers on contract basis in Schools and Colleges in Islamabad, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state whether it is a fact that a number of countries such as Bangladesh, Korea, Malaysia etc. are giving incentives for investment, production and exports to their respective textile sectors, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to give additional incentives to our textile sector to enable it to compete with them?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that contracts of the persons working in Federal General Hospital, Islamabad on contract basis are not being extended, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the said persons were appointed against the sanctioned posts duly advertised in the press some five years ago, if so, the reasons for not regularizing their services so far?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish more hospitals in Islamabad in view of about 120% increase in its population since the census of 1998, if so, the proposed locations, estimated cost expected date of launching of work on the same in each case?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the fee being charged for holding of various events in Convention Center, Islamabad; and (b) the income earned from holding of various events in the said Center during the period from 2013 to 2016 with year wise break up?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state whether it is a fact that various parts of the country especially Punjab and upper Sindh are being affected by severe fog and smog, if so, the steps taken by the Government in its regard?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons working in Capital Development Authority on regular, contract and daily wages basis with grade wise and province wise break up; and (b) the number of posts against the quota of Balochistan in the said Authority lying vacant with grade wise break up indicating also the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be filled in?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that plots were allotted to some Madaris / Religious schools in Islamabad by CDA during the period from 1985 to 1988, if so, the titles and other details of such plots and the names of allottees of the same; (b) whether it is also a fact that the persons other than the original allottees are running business in the buildings constructed on the said plots and the same are not being used for the purpose for which the plots were allotted, if so, the details thereof; and (c) whether any action has been taken by CDA against the persons involved in the said violations, if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the standards specified for Emergency sections in Government hospitals in Islamabad indicating also the facilities declared mandatory to be provided to patients there; (b) the number of hospitals in Islamabad which meet the specified standard and have required facilities in their emergency sections; and (c) whether any mechanism for regular inspection of those sections of the said hospitals has been devised, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of liabilities of PIA at present; and (b) the steps being taken by the government to pay off the said liabilities and make PIA a self sufficient, debt free and profitable organization?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the rates being charged by the Printing Corporation of Pakistan for printing of various instruments anddocuments are higher than those of the open market, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to rationalize the same; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said corporation issue NOC to various Ministries and departments to get printing of their instruments and documents from open market, if so, the basis on which the same is issued; (c) the details of the said NOCs issued by that Corporation during the last four years with Ministry or department-wise break up; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to ensure accountability in the said Corporation and make it more productive?
