Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state whether the persons having dual nationality are eligible for Government Service?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the names of institutions and authorities working under the administrative control of the Cabinet Secretariat indicating also the names and educational qualifications of Chairmen and Member of the Boards of each authority; and (b) the procedure laid down for appointment of the said Chairmen and Members?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state the educational qualifications laid down for the members and Chairman of OGRA and that are being held by incumbents?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the CDA has not handed over the possession of plots to the allottees in Sector 1-15, Islamabad, so far, if so, its reasons; and (b) the time by which possession of the said plots will be handed over to the concerned allottees?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the names, educational qualification, experience, present assignment, date, of appointment and seniority position of Members of the CDA board; and (b) the procedure laid down for appointment of the said members?

Will the Minister for Economic Affairs be pleased to state the names and designation of the officers in BPS-17 and above in the Ministry, its attached departments and subordinate offices who themselves or their spouses hold dual nationality indicating also the names of the countries of their nationality?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Industrial Units in sectors I-9 and I-10, Islamabad, are causing pollution and badly affecting the environment of the area; and (b) if so, whether there is any proposal under consideration of the government to shift those units to any other place?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government for conversion of “Sihala Agro Farm” into industrial Area?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish a hospital in National Institute of Health, Islamabad, if so, when; and (b) the details of clinical / laboratory tests being carried out in the Institute and fees being charged for each test?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of files of maintenance Directorate of CDA misplaced during the last five years; and (b) the details of action taken against the officials found responsible of the said lapses?

Will the Minister for Capital Administration and Development be pleased to state whether the Federal Government employees and their families are entitled to free medical treatment at Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Hospital, Rawalpindi, if so, its details?

Will the Minister for Inter Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the years during which Pakistan was polio free country; and (b) the number of polio cases reported in the country during the years 2007, 2008, 2010, 2011 and 2012?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Planning and Development be pleased to state: (a) in which Financial Year was wealth tax abolished in Pakistan; (b) the annual tax to GDP ratio in the two Financial Years before wealth tax was abolished; (c) the tax to GDP ratio five years after the abolition of the wealth tax; and (d) current tax to GDP ratio?

Will the Minister for Inter Provincial Coordination be pleased to state the remuneration being paid to a female worker by the Government during polio campaign?

Will the Minister for Capital Administration and Development be pleased to state: (a) the composition of promotion/selection Board for promotion of Doctors working in Poly Clinic and PIMS from BPS-18 to 19, BPS-19 to 20 and from BPS-20 to 21; (b) the date of last meeting of the said Board; (c) the number of vacant posts of Doctors in BPS-20 and 21 at present in the said hospitals separately; and (d) the names and designation of the doctors in each of the said hospitals who have completed the required length of service for promotion to the said grades and the time by which they will be promoted to the next grade?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Planning and Development be pleased to refer to Senate starred question No.10 replied on 14th December, 2012 and state: (a) whether the instructions regarding facility of enhanced encashment of leave preparatory to retirement to the officers retired w.e.f 01.07.2012 have been issued, if not, its reasons and the time by which it will be issued, and (b) whether it is also a fact that vide Senate unstarred question No.1 replied on 9th October, 2012, it was stated that the Officers in 13PS-20 to 22 retired on or after 01.07.2012 will be entitled for Special Additional Pension equal to enhanced rate of pre-retirement Orderly Allowance, if so, whether necessary instructions have been issued to the concerned departments, if not, its reasons and the time by which the same will be issued?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Planning and Development be pleased to slate: (a) whether it is fact that after completion of 15 years of mandatory period, the commuted part of pension of a pensioner is revived by including the various increases granted by the government from time to time; and (b) whether it is also fact that such financial benefit has not been granted to all retired government employees who have completed 15 years of mandatory period after retirement by the AGPR despite the verdict of Supreme Court of Pakistan, if so, the reasons thereof along with remedial steps being taken by the Government?
