Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Ministry of Finance has refused to grant M.Phil Allowance to the employees, who acquire/possesses the degrees of MS, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) as equivalent to M.Phil, despite the clarification of HEC; (b) if so, is this tantamount to unjust with the employees, who acquire/possesses the degree of MS; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the reasons thereof; (d) is there any proposal under consideration of the Government to seek further clarification of HEC in order to resolve the matter and grant of said allowance to the holders of equivalent degrees of M.Phil; if so, the details; if not, the reasons thereof; and (e) what steps are being taken to settle the matter at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) the increase in the interest on debts of the country accumulated purely due to depreciation of rupee against dollar; 12 (b) whether such increase is a result of poor policies; and (c) what steps are being taken to appreciate the value of rupee against dollar?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that according to different financial institutions, the Pakistan’s economic confidence fell sharply in the fiscal year 2018-19 including current year and such institutions are rating the country’s economy to be amongst the lowest in the South Asian Region in the said fiscal years; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the different targets, which are set to achieve in the fiscal year 2018-19 without putting extra burden to common man; and (c) whether Government will be able to get such targets; if so, the details; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that in the last fiscal year the banks lending to private sector business fell down by 12 percent; if so; (b) what were the causes of this down fall; and 25 (c) how Government is attracting the businessmen to take more loans from banks and invest in the businesses?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) the volume of loans obtained from 2013 to 2018; (b) the circumstances under which loans obtained to support economy in detail; and (c) the details of benefits accrued to economy and country from said loans?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) what steps are being taken to develop ever first Khairpur Economic Zone since 2012; and (b) the time by which the concerned Minister will visit project site to assess its status; if not, does he ever plan to?

Kallar Syedan Branch, District Rawalpindi, in which bank first lure the people to invest in their scheme, and promise handsome periodic profit of its different schemes and later people are looted from their hard earn money on the pretext of losses in such schemes; if so, the details thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government/SBP to hold the aforesaid bank accountable upon advertising false claim of profit of such schemes?
