(a) Is it a fact that due to non-issuance of letter to grain procurement center in Khairpur during April, 2013 there was a threat of loss of wheat of million rupees, neither DFC procurement center incharge was provided bardana nor authority letters were issued; (b) If answer to (a) above is affirmative, the reasons thereof?
