Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state whether it
is a fact that tenures of the Chairman and Members of the National
Commission of Human Rights were completed on 30th May, 2019
and since then appointments have not been made against these
posts, if so, the reasons thereof indicating also the time by which
appointments will be made against the same

(a) whether it is a fact that laws relating to the rights of women
are not being implemented in the country, if so, the details
thereof;
(b) whether the Ministry of Human Rights has conducted any
study into the said issue, if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the steps being taken by the Government to ensure
implementation of those laws in letter and spirit
