(a) whether Government has taken notice that buying power of public at large of medicines is significantly decreased since the inception of the incumbent Government; if so, the details thereof; (b) what steps are being taken by the Government to decrease the prices of medicines forthwith; and (c) average prices of essential / life saving medicines as on May, 2018 and detail of prices at present?

(a) hospital-wise details of doctors, paramedics and other staff, who died during performing their services in Federal Administrative Hospitals due to Covid-19; (b) whether families of aforesaid employees are eligible to get due benefits of Prime Minister Assistance Package for Government employees, who died while in service; (c) if so, whether it is a fact that the above cases to provide due benefits to families of aforesaid employees were either not initiated or progress is very poor at present; if so, the reasons thereof; (d) time by which, each of above case will be finalized at an earliest; and (e) the details of due benefits, which will be granted to the families of each of above deceased?

(a) whether it is a fact that patients of various diseases in Pakistan including patients suffering from diseases like cancer, hemophilia and diabetes etc. are deprived of innovative/modern medicines due to delay in approval of its price fixation by Federal Cabinet since August, 2020; (b) whether it is also a fact that despite the approval by drug pricing committee as per pricing policy matter is delayed; if so, the reasons; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to get such approval expeditiously as such delay putting patients at greater risk, as there is no alternative to these latest medicines available in Pakistan?

(a) whether it is a fact that in the month of February due to increase in temperature the seasonal insect Aphid (Tela) has attacked and destroyed hundreds of thousands of acres of crops; (b) if so, the steps taken or being taken by the Government for its protection; and (c) the detail of steps taken to provide relief to the landlords?

(a) what is the actual manufacturing cost of each kind of vehicle which is assembled in the country; (b) details of rate of each tax, duty and any other charge/cess of any nomenclature levied upon it; (c) whether it is a fact that heavy tax is levied upon vehicle, consequently, prices of every kind of vehicle, has been increased in multifold; (d) if so, what steps are being taken by Ministry to lessen the rate of aforesaid taxes, duties and other charges, if any, on the vehicles, for facilitating the local manufactures to reduce its manufacturing cost in order to lower the prices of the vehicles?

(a) the number of automobile units which have been either closed or became non-functional to produce reasonable production during the last one year or since the inception of present Government; and (b) due to aforesaid reasons the ratio of un-employment increased during the said period of Government?

(a) whether it is a fact that Federal Government Employees Housing Authority has, recently, conducted balloting for the allotment of plots in Green Enclave-I, Bhara Kahu, Islamabad; (b) if so, the details thereof alongwith criteria fixed for such balloting; (c) whether it is a fact that prices of aforesaid plots are being increased; if so, the reasons thereof; (d) whether it is also a fact that Supreme Court in its suo-moto notice of aforesaid scheme, case and has ordered the authorities to stop increase in the prices of plots any more; (e) whether said increase is not tantamount to contempt of the honourable epex court; and (f) time by which, the stage-wise corrective steps or measures will be taken regarding aforesaid scheme?

(a) details of recommendations made by the Sugar Advisory Board, which comes under the administrative control of the Ministry; (b) whether it is a fact that the primary role of Ministry is to assess sugar related affairs, its supply and make recommendations to Government for its import or export, during the calendar years 2018, 2019 and 2020; (c) how did Government act upon such recommendations; (d) whether it is a fact that authorities concerned have failed to act upon such recommendations in timely manners; (e) whether it is also a fact that consequently, increasing trend of its prices was witnessed since the inception of the incumbent Government; (f) the reasons of increasing prices of Sugar in the country in recent years; and (g) whether responsible held accountable for the above?

(a) whether it is a fact that a specific amount is charged to every passenger under the head of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and the Prime Minister of Pakistan Diamer-Bhasha and Mohamand Dams Fund by Pakistan Railways; (b) if so, the detail of total collection made by the Pakistan Railways under the aforesaid fund since its establishment to till now; (c) the amount, which has been deposited in the actual account of the fund so far; (d) the law, which authorizes to Pakistan Railways to collect a special amount from passengers under the aforesaid head; (e) the authority, who approved such collection from passengers; and (f) if such collection is being made without any legal authority, then what corrective measures are being taken in this regard?

(a) the percentage of volume of water stored from rivers and streams in Pakistan at present and respective location thereof; and (b) whether there is any plan to construct more reservoirs

(a) whether Ministry of Religious Affairs has returned the amount of airfare to heirs of those Hujjajs, who died in Saudi Arabia during the last 4 Hajj; if not, the reasons thereof; (b) the names and addresses of such Hujjajs who died in Saudi Arabia during the aforesaid period; (c) with whom such dues are pending at present; and (d) time by which, such dues will be paid to respective heirs of such Hujjajs expeditiously?

(a) whether it is a fact that Director General of Estate Office is Working on current charge since long time; (b) if so, what are the reasons for not filling the senior position on regular basis?

(a) post and grade-wise details of sanctioned strength of each post in Estate Office alongwith posting of each person at present either in Estate Office or in any other department; (b) whether it is a fact that several employees of Estate Office have been placed on deputation basis to other departments; (c) if so, the details thereof and whether such deputations were made either by Estate Office itself or lending department made requests for such deputations; (d) whether it is also a fact that some employees of Estate Office who are originally senior in grade have been sent to other departments on deputation and acting charge has been given to those employees who are in lower grade in Estate Office; if so, the details alongwith justification thereof; and (e) what corrective measures or the steps are being taken to remove deficiency; if any found in this regard?

(a) the percentage of deficit in real terms of billion rupees of Pakistan Railways as on June 30, 2018, 2019 and 2020, respectively; (b) the income of Pakistan Railways in terms of billion rupees as on aforesaid dates; (c) the percentage of punctuality of trains as on aforesaid dates; (d) the occupancy of seats, as on aforesaid dates; and (e) what improvements are being made in the Pakistan Railways since August 2018?

(a) what steps are being taken by the Government to formulate a well thought out growth framework, with an industrial; and (b) what further steps are being taken to formulate an investment policy alongwith its elements and to start its implementation in letter and spirit to diversify indigenous products of local industries at par international standard, so that it may compete and intrude in international market?

(a) whether Federal Government Employees Housing Authority, after the change of nomenclature from Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation, can still use the amount of interest which is gained on principal amount deposited by an employees for a plot or house would be used for administrative expenditure of the Authority; if so, the justification thereof; (b) details of subsidies, which have been provided to the allottees in each scheme; (c) how does such subsidy reconcile with regard to purchase price of each plot in any scheme by authority, development charges thereof, amount of subsidy, and total price, which were offered to a beneficiary; and (d) whether such reconciliation was made in previous and ongoing schemes; if so, the details thereof?

(a) whether it is a fact that under the distribution of business among the divisions in light of Schedule II of rule 3 (3) of Rule of Business, 1973, the Ministry is responsible to keep a watch, from the national angle, over general price trends and supply position of essential commodities; (b) whether it is fact that it is general consideration of public that Ministry on behalf of Government has failed to keep a check on the prices of essential commodities since August, 2018; (c) if so, what corrective measure are being taken to keep the prices of essential commodities affordable and ensure smooth supply thereof; and (d) details of responsible individuals/companies made accountable, who were either involved in hoarding or hinder the supply chain of such essential commodities since August, 2018?

(a) the present ranking of the country in Economic Complexity Index; (b) whether such ranking has gone up or down during the tenure of the incumbent Government; if so, the details thereof; (c) whether it is also a fact that Pakistan needs to diversify its exports industries in order to explore new markets; (d) if so, what steps are being taken in this regard?

(a) whether it is a fact that Estate Office does not maintain record of monthly deduction of House Rent Allowance and Recovery of House Rent @ 5% is meant for maintenance of Government accommodation of alolttees of Government accommodation by its own, consequently, such, record is demanded from allottees as and when required; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; (c) what steps are being taken to maintain record of such deductions separately and update in real-time after every month, and upload on the website of the Estate Office; and (d) the time by which such task will be completed?

(a) whether Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation, has either mentioned in terms and conditions or took consent from employees at the time of registration of a housing scheme or later at any stage, regarding use of amount of interest which is gained on principal amount deposited by an employee for a plot or house would be used for administrative expenditure of the Authority; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether it is a fact that such condition is neither mentioned, in documents nor a consent is taken in this regard from an employee; (c) if so, how does such amount is being used for the administrative expenditures of the Foundation; and (d) What steps are being taken by the Government to provide due share of the interest from principal amount to the respective beneficiaries of such schemes?

(a) whether it is a fact that approximately 70 to 80 percent of our population depends on pulses which Pakistan is producing only 30 percent pulses; (b) if so, the steps being taken by present Government to enhance the production of pulses?

(a) whether it is a fact that a dam, namely Nai Gaj Dam, was planned to build in District Dadu and the Federal Government was supposed to provide funds in this regard; (b) if so, the details of funds, which were provided by the Federal Government; if not, the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Federal Government to provide due funds for the construction of dam?

(a) what steps are being taken by the Federal Government in collaboration of Provincial Governments to adopt new technologies to encourage farmers to shift to high-value crops, fruits and vegetables as climate-smart agriculture; and (b) what further steps are being taken to reduce wasteful water use and maximizing its productivity in drought-hit regions?

(a) whether it is a fact that population of Balochistn is scattered, and one has to travel miles to buy essential food items from Utility Stores, as less number of utility stores are situated in the province; (b) whether it is also a fact that the people are facing shortage of essential food items in already operational utility stores in the province; and (c) if the answers to above are affirmative, what steps are being to set up more utility stores at prudent distance from one populated area to another, and ensure availability of essential food items therein?

(a) whether it is a fact that Government has failed to make the country a sizable player in the conventional, unconventional and agri-industries markets of the world such as dairy, citrus, sporting goods and light engineering; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) what steps are being taken to get sizable share of agri-industries in the World markets in order to make them beneficial for country’s economy; (c) whether the Government provides assistance to enhance the marketing competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises; (d) if so, the details of the various schemes under which such assistance is given to the such sectors during the last five fiscal years; and (e) the details of funds allocated, expenditure incurred, targets fixed and achieved under each of above scheme during the last three years and the current year?

(a) if the maintenance of Government accommodations situated in Sector I-9/4, Islamabad is due since long then why were not funds reserved for the purpose of maintenance in recent years; (b) whether it is a fact that negligence in reserving funds is found for maintenance of Government accommodations in I-9/4, Islamabad; (c) whether the conditions of such Government accommodations are worsening by every passing day alongwith status of working made by concern authorities to provide such funds; (d) the details of total funds reserved for maintenance of Government accommodations during the last three years; (e) the amount spent for the same purposes in I-9/4, Islamabad; and (f) if so; what steps are being taken by the Government for the maintenance of Government accommodations in the aforesaid sector on priority basis?

(a) whether it is a fact that years old waiting list for allotment of Government houses is available on the website of Estate Office, Islamabad out of which hundreds of officers and employees have been allotted houses during some years; (b) the time by which an updated list shall be uploaded on the website by excluding the names of those officers and employees who were allotted houses till 25-12-2020; (c) the detail of officials/officers who are responsible for not updating such waiting list for years; and (d) what action has been taken by the Government, in this regard?

(a) the name of persons to whom the commercial and industrial plots have been allotted in Port Qasim Authority during the last five year alongwith the details thereof; (b) whether the commercial and industrial plots of those persons were cancelled by the authorities and now have been restored; if so, what criteria is adopted for the same alongwith detail thereof; (c) the number of in cadre officers serving in the Port Qasim Authority and the number of officers who have the double charge and the number of officers who are posted on temporary basis alongwith the detail of such categories thereof; (d) the number of vacant posts in Port Qasim Authority at present and reasons for not filling the same so far; and (e) the details of record showing revenue collected by the authority during the last three years?

(a) details of the total production capacity of Cement in Pakistan; and (b) details of export of cement from Pakistan?
