Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state the details of subsidies and other perks / exemptions granted to K-Electric under the 2009 agreement between the K-Electric and the Government so far indicating also the reasons for granting subsidies to K-Electric?

ill the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the name of firm / contractor presently at the panel of PESCO for repair / maintenance of out of order transformers; (b) whether it is a fact that the repair work being carried out by the said firm / contractor is substandard and the repaired transformers get damaged / out of order again and again, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether any inquiry has been conducted against the said firm / contractor for substandard repair work, if so, the findings thereof and the action taken against the firm / contractor?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Foreign Direct Investment in Pakistan has always been less than one percent of GDP, if so, its reasons; and (b) the steps taken / being taken by the Government for increasing Foreign Direct Investment to 3 percent of GDP?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the under-ground water level is going down rapidly in the whole country especially in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, if so, the steps taken or being taken by the Government to cope up with the issue; and (b) the details / tables of under-ground water level in every districts of Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during the last ten years (year-wise breakup)?

Will the Minister of Human Rights be pleased to state whether it is a fact that two major Human Rights institutions i.e. National Commission for Human Rights (NCHR) and National Commission on the Status of Women (NCSW) are working without Chairpersons since 2019, if so, reasons thereof, indicating also the steps taken by the Government for the appointment of Chairpersons of both institutions?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state the total electricity quota of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; indicating also the quantum of electricity provided to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa since June 01, 2020 till June 2021 according to the said quota?

Will the Minister Incharge of Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Chief Secretaries of the four provinces had informed the Prime Minister about the rampant adulteration of essential food items including milk, ghee, cooking oil, drinking water, meat and pulses in February 2020, if so; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the Prime Minister had also directed the Chief Secretaries of four provinces to take special measures for controlling the issues mentioned in part (a), if so, the present status of implementation there upon?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact the main transmission electric line to District Tourghar is passing exactly above the Houses of village Bahrra, Union Council Nika Pani, Tehsil Darband, Distric Mansehra; and (b) the steps taken by the Government to change the main transmission line or the safety measures taken to ensure the protection of residents of that village ?
