Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that under Prime Minister’s Agriculture Emergency Programme of Rs.11 Billion, a subsidy at the rate of Rs. 5000/- per acre has been announced for those farmers who will raise oil seed crops like sunflower and canola which contain cholesterol; (b) the reason for not including rape seed Mustard/Brrassica crop/Raya crop which are oil seed crop free from cholesterol and is being grown by farmers in Sindh province; (c) the amount of subsidy and area earmarked for each of the province in this regard and the share of Federal as well as provincial Governments; and (d) the details of procedure to be adopted for extending subsidy to the farmers alongwith details of machinery to be provided on subsidy?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether food security threats are available in Pakistan as its population is growing rapidly; (b) if yes, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether the Ministry has assessed the availability of food essentials in the country that their stocks are enough to cater the needs of the country in coming months; if so, the details thereof; and (b) if such stock are not enough, what steps are being taken by the Government with the collaboration of other stake holders to formulate a comprehensive policy to ensure prudent availability of food essentials?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) the name of the cities where underground water has become unhygienic according to the latest surveys of Government institutions; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government in this regard so that at least people may be provided clean drinking water?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) how did the incumbent Government lessen the prices of food essentials since the inception thereof particularly with reference to prices of food essentials in the open market; (b) whether it is a fact that prices of food essential could neither be brought down at affordable level of common-men rather prices thereof have been increasing after each passing day; (c) if so, is not, it failure of incumbent Government; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to lessen the prices of food essential for common-men?

Will the Minister for Maritime Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government has failed to develop consensus among the stakeholders to initiate a unanimous Deep Sea Fishing Policy and hold matters ancillary thereto in abeyance for last three and half year due to which small-scale fishermen are currently facing severe difficulties; (b) whether it is also a fact that the Government has taken a notice of period which indicates that different mafias are allegedly investing lot of money to delay any Deep Sea Policy in the country; (c) if so. the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to develop consensus among all stakeholders to initiate a unanimous Deep Sea Fishing Policy that protects the rights of not only all stakeholders including small fishermen?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) what was the responsibility of the Federal Government and how did it fulfill its responsibility to deal with the increasing cases of cholera and severe watery diarrhea that have recently broken out in many parts of Balochistan; (b) the detail of financial and other assistance provided by the Federal Government to the Provincial Government of Balochistan in this regards; and (c) how is the Federal Government supporting the Provincial Government of Balochistan to upgrade fragile health system?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that none from Gilgit-Baltistan have been nominated/selected for Hajj Medical Mission 2022; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, the reasons thereof alongwith the action taken against officials for such a lapse; and (c) when the persons nominated by Gilgit-Baltistan Government would be adjusted in the Hajj Medical Mission 2022; if not, the name of the persons selected for Hajj Medical Mission 2022 from Gilgit-Baltistan?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the details of the plots allotted to the members of the Executive Board of Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEH(A), since 2010; (b) the details of the requests/application rejected for allotment of plots to the retired and families of the deceased employees on any technical grounds by the FGEHA/PHA during the above period?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) has the Government taken notice of reports of alleged financial and administrative corruption in the use of funds and other aid, which Pakistan has acquired from both foreign Governments and international donors to deal with Covid-19; if so, the detail thereof; (b) whether or not, any audit was conducted of such funds and assistance; (c) whether any discrepancy was reported in such audit; if so, the details thereof alongwith corrective measure to hold responsible/accountable and the authority, who conducted the audit; (d) if such audit has not been conducted so far; (e) is there any proposal under consideration of the Government to do the same at the earliest?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) the details of the Hajj Operators companies having maximum Hajj quota of more than 100; and (b) total complaints filed against the arrangements of the said companies and the action taken against the responsible said companies during the last five years?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that inquiry was held with regard to assess the alledged increase in the prices of medicine during the last four years; (b) if so, what is latest status of such inquiry; and (c) was any one held accountable; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that garlic seeds have been allegedly stolen from the country's top agricultural research center in recent days and no action has been taken against those responsible despite the inquiry; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that such theft is tantamount to NARC's failure to ensure good management in the institution; (c) if so, anyone at the highest level of NARC has been held accountable; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken in this regard?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) how much fare of Railways has been increased by the Government and the relevant routes; (b) the number of latest trains to be plied in Pakistan in future for which Government has made its planning; and (c) whether there is any plan to reduce the said fare?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that due to shortage of Utility Stores in Balochistan people at large can not get due benefit of any subsidy, which Government gives under different arrangements; (b) if so, has the Government taken notice of the fact; if so, the details thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to not only establish more Utility Stores in far-flung areas of Balochistan to provide full benefit of any subsidy to people of Balochistan?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the total collection currently in the Central Research Fund; (b) is every licensee contributing to this fund in line with current rules; if so, the details thereof; if not, details of such licensee including action has been taken against each; (c) how is the total profit of each licensee verified, which is necessary for the contribution of the fund; (d) the bank in which the fund is raised and whether interest is gained on deposit; if so, the details thereof; (e) has a committee been set up to utilize the funds under the rules; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (f) how long has this fund not been used and is it not a failure of the Government to use such funds in recent years which has put a heavy burden on the country to import vaccines and medicines; (g) if so, what steps are being taken to activate this fund and hold accountable all those who have failed to use it in recent years?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has any proposal under consideration for the construction of complete boundary walls around each Railway Stations in the country; and (b) if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the total number of workshops/factories owned by the Pakistan Railways in the country at present; and (b) whether it is a fact that Government has failed to construct new railways workshops/factories; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that outstanding dues of FCPS trainees would be paid by June 30, 2022; if so, details thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that such dues have not been paid so far; if so, the details thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the said Ministry against officers involved in using delaying tactics in payment of outstanding dues and in terms of payment of outstanding dues of trainees at the earliest?
