Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state the date of signing the agreement for Hub Power Plant indicating also the expenditure incurred on the project and the electricity being generated from the same?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that village Dhamma, Fateh Jang road Rawalpindi has been provided electricity by sub-division Tarnol, IESCO through service line instead of proper electricity poles, if so, the reasons thereof ;and (b) whether it is also a fact that the said service line poses threat of untoward incident to the residents due to fluctuation of voltage, if so, the time by which the same will be replaced by installation of proper electricity poles?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state whether it is a fact that electricity load-shedding of 10-12 hours and 19-21 hours is being carried out in Quetta city and remote areas of Balochistan respectively, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the details of the provisions of penal and criminal laws presently enforced in the country that penalize food adulteration in all forms; and (b) the details of punishments proposed under each of these provisions for the said crime?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state the details of furnace oil-based Independent Power Plants and the residual fuel oil (RFO) based or the Peaker Power Plants in the country indicating also the date of setting up of the plant, per unit price of electricity generation and date of expiry of the agreement with the Government for purchase of electricity separately in each case?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state the details of measures taken/ being taken by the Government to bring the salaries of staff of Appellate Tribunal, Inland Revenue at par with that of the staff of the High Courts?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that as per section 14 of “Pakistan Bar Council Legal Education Rules, 2015”, all Law Degree awarding institutions are to be inspected by inspection teams appointed by the Legal Education Committee of Pakistan Bar Council, if so, the number of inspection teams formed by the said committee during the last five years indicting also the composition/members of each of these teams; (b) the details of inspections conducted by these inspection teams during the said period; and (c) the details of the recommendations/actions proposed by each of these teams during the said period?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state the names, designations, educational qualifications and experience of the present members of the Legal Education Committee of Pakistan Bar Council indicating also their mode of appointment and responsibilities?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state the names and locations of public and private law colleges and universities and their affiliated campuses approved by the Pakistan Bar Council/PBC for imparting law education at graduate and masters level in the country?
