(a) The current negotiated mark-up rate (both weighted average and individually) being charged to the Food department by various banks for financing wheat procurement; (b) The mark-up rate charged every year since 2001 by various banks for financing wheat procurement; (c) The overdraft limit secured by the Food department for procuring wheat in 2010?

District-wise target for wheat procurement during 2010 along with district-wise location of procurement centers as well as procurement price of wheat during 2010 including actual procurement achieved as on June 30, 2010?
