This House also demands the Indian government to give access to human right organizations in Indian Occupied Kashmir. This House terms the Kashmir issue as core dispute between Pakistan and India and recommends to resolve it for durable peace in South Asia. It also demands United Nations to enhance the role and utility of the UN military observers group in Pakistan and India. This House also knows the fact that majority of population in occupied Kashmir boycotted the elections of lower house and State Assembly of Indian Parliament in protest last year due to non-implementation on resolutions of UN Security Council and illegal occupation of Indian forces on Kashmir. This House also clarifies on Indian government that no one-sided efforts should be made to change the disputed status of Kashmir and population proportion before elections. This House also condemns the cowardly firing by Indian forces on LoC, working boundary resulting the martyrdom of several soldiers, citizens and loss of property. This House demands UN and international community that future of Jammu Kashmir must be decided in light of resolutions of United Nations. This House concedes February 5 as Kashmir day and expresses solidarity with people of Kashmir on this occasion. It also announces to extend its continuous support for the right of self-determination of Kashmiri people and condemns the open violation of human rights in Indian Occupied Kashmir being patronized by the State.
