| 8 | 72 اکتوبر 7492 ءکو سری نگر میں بھارتی افواج کے داخل ہونے کی 22 ویں بر سی کے موقع پر قومی اسمبلی کا یہ اجلاس کشمیری عوام کی اپنی ناقابل انتقال حق خود ارادیت کے حصو ل کی جدوجہد میں ان سے پاکستان کی مکمل سفارتی ،اخلاقی اورسیاسی حمایت کا اعادہ کرتا ہے۔اس بات پر زور دیتا ہے کہ نوبی اشیاءء میں پایداار ان اوراتحکامم تنازعہ جموں و کشمیر کے اقوام متحدہ کی Security Council کی قراردادوں اورکشمیری عوام کی امنگو ں کےمطابق حتمی حل پر منحصرہے ۔ بھارتی غیر قانونی مقبوضہ جموں و کشمیر) IIOJK ( کی بین الاقوامی سطح پر تسلیم کرد ہ متنازعہ حیثیت اوراس کے آبادیاتی ڈھانچے اورسیاسی منظر نامے کوتبدیل کرنے کی بھارت کی مسلسل کارروائیوں کومسترد کرنےکا اعادہ کرتا ہے۔ ہزاروں سیاسی کارکنوں کی طویل عرصے سے نظر بندی اورکئی کشمیری سیاسی جماعتوں پر پابندی کی مذمت کرتا ہے۔اس بات کی نشاندہی کرتا ہے کہ IIOJK میں لوک سبھا یا قانون ساز اسمبلی کے انتخابات جموں و کشمیر کی عوام کے حق خود ارادیت کے متبادل نہیں ہوسکتے ہیں ۔ یہ ایوان بہادر کشمیری عوام کو زبردست خراج تحسین پیش کرتا ہے جنہوں نے اپنے حق خود ارادیت کے حصول کے ضمن گزشتہ 22 سالوں کے دوران ان گنت قربانیاں دی ہیں۔ یہ ایوان مطالبہ کرتا ہے کہ ہندوستان IIOJK میں انسانی حقوق کی صورتحال کوبہتر بنائے،تمام کشمیری سیاسی قیدیوں کورہا کرے،کالعدم قرار دی گئی سیاسی جماعتوں پر پابندی ختم کرے،ہنگامی اورانسدادی دہشت گردی کے سفاک قوانین کومنسوخ کرے اورجموں و کشمیرکے حوالے سے اقوام متحدہ کی سلامتی کونسل کی متعلقہ قراردادوں پر مخلصانہ عمل درآمد کرے ۔ | Government | Adopted |
