Dear Secretary Khan:

As a citizen of Pakistan, I demand that the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) must immediately post on its website the following documents related to the 2013 General Elections, which contain information of public importance, as part of the ECP’s public commitment and to meet the legal standards for electoral transparency:

1. Form XIV (Statement of the Count) for all polling stations for all National and Provincial Assembly constituency elections;
2. Form XV (Ballot Paper Account) for all polling stations for all National and Provincial Assembly constituency elections;
3. Form XVI (Consolidation of Statements of the Count) for all National and Provincial Assembly constituency elections;
4. Form XVII (Result of the Count) for all National and Provincial Assembly constituencies;
5. Polling Scheme exactly as implemented on Election Day for all National and Provincial Assembly constituencies.
