Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) the salary, allowances and other fringe benefits admissible to the officers of the rank of Lieutenant General and above in Pakistan Army, Navy and Air Force; (b) the age limit fixed for superannuation of the said officers; (c) the details of pension, allowances and fringe benefits admissible to the said officers on their retirement; (d) the details of pension and other facilities admissible to the widows of the said officers; (e) whether plots / houses are allotted to the said officers or their widows on ownership basis, if so; its details; and (f) the procedure laid down for allotment of the said plots?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the salary, allowances and other fringe benefits admissible to the Chief Justice and other Judges of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and High Courts in the country; (b) the rate of pension admissible to the Judges after retirement; (c) the details of pension and other facilities provided to the widows of Judges; and (d) whether residential plots are allotted on ownership basis to the Judges, if so, the procedure adopted for that purpose and the areas where the plots are allotted?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the Government is giving subsidy to Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC), if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the quantity of fuel presently being supplied to KESC and the quantum of electricity being produced from that fuel by the Corporation; (b) the ratio of electricity generation from oil / fuel; and (c) whether it is a fact that the KESC is not generating electricity in accordance with the fuel / oil being supplied to it, if so, the utilization of the remaining fuel/oil?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) whether the service of the employees of National Tariff Commission is pensionable, if not, its reasons; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make it pensionable?
