Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the 10% per KG excise duty has been imposed by the Government on the production of Tobacco in District Mardan, Charsadda, Nowshera, swabi, Malakand, Bunair and Mansehra; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to withdraw the said excise duty; if so, when it will be implemented?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the survey was completed by the SNGPL for supply of sui gas to Tehsil Razar, District Swabi during the year 2005; (b) whether it is also a fact that the funds have not been released by the Government for the said purpose; (c) if the answers to parts (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, the time by which the sui gas will be supplied to the said Tehsil?
