Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the procedure laid down for disposal of bullet proof/armour plated vehicles after these become old/unserviceable; and (b) whether there is any provision in the law/rules to ensure that the said vehicles do not fall in the hands of terrorists/miscreants, if so, the details thereof?
