Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the number of Pakistanis confined in Bangladesh camps after the event of 1971, without right of citizenship; (b) the number of those who are still confined in Bangladesh camps without the right of citizenship; (c) the steps being taken by the Government for bringing back those Pakistanis; and (d) the reasons for not solving this issue so far?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the number of students sent for higher education by the Higher Education Commission on Government funded Scholarships since 2003; (b) the number of students sent abroad for higher education by the Higher Education Commission on non-government funded including foreign funded scholarships during the said period; (c) the amount allocated and spent by HEC on the said scholarships during the said period; (d) the number of the said students who completed their education abroad and returned back to Pakistan; (e) the number of the said students who have not come back after completing their education abroad; and (f) the number of the said students who failed to complete their education abroad?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the names of foreign and local companies engaged in exploration and production of petroleum resources in Pakistan; and (b) the terms and conditions for providing acess to these companies to explore and produce petroleum and other organic resources?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the present status of Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline project; (b) the implications of non-completion of the said project within stipulated period particularly of the penalty of one million dollars per day in case of failure of Pakistan to complete its part of the project by the end of 2014; (c) the hurdles, if any, in the execution of that project; (d) the steps being taken the Government for early completion of the project; (e) the rate/price at which the gas will be obtained under that project; and (f) the areas to which the gas obtained under that project will be supplied?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) the present status of National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA); (b) the budget allocations made for the said authority since its inception; (c) the number of meetings of Board of Governors of the said authority held so far, if none, the reasons thereof; and; (d) the salient achievements of the authority so far?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons exposed to and victims of human trafficking in the country since 2002; (b) the number of offenders punished under “The Prevention and Control of Human Trafficking Ordinance 2002” since its promulgation; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government for prevention and control of Human Trafficking?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) the number of International NGOs (INGOs) working in the country at present indicating also the geographical area and fields in which they are working; and (b) the authority and law which regulates INGOs?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish a National Law University in the ICT with its campuses in the Provincial Head Quarters, if so, the amount spent so far on it; (b) the current status of the said University; and (c) the number of scholars who were sent for higher education in the field of Law for the purpose of their deployment in above said University?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons who were working in the Ministries / Divisions and Departments which were devolved to provinces under 18th amendment in the Constitution at the time of devolvement; (b) the number of the said persons who were sent to provinces after devolution of their departments; (c) the number of the said persons who were accommodated in other Federal Government Departments after that devolution; and (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to send the remaining employees of the said Ministries / Divisions and departments to the provinces, if so, its details?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) the number of Pakistani troops sent abroad for UN peace keeping missions since 1990 indicating also the names of countries in which the same were deployed; (b) the number of Pakistani troops sent abroad under the UN missions to perform duties as mentioned in article 43 of UN Charter during the said period indicating also the names of countries in which the same were deployed; and (c) the number of the said troops which are still deployed under the UN missions indicating also the names of countries in which they have been deployed?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the length of operational Motorways in the country with province-wise details; (b) the length of Motorways which are presently under construction with province-wise details; and (c) the details of planning for the next five years for expending Motorways to other parts of the country with area and province-wise details?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state whether it is a fact that administration of Abbottabad University of Science and Technology has appointed non-elected and nominated persons as members of the University Academic Council, University Syndicate and university Senate instead of election process from amongst the university teachers and administrative officers in clear violation of the university Act as well as statutes made there under, if so, the details and reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the date of establishment of the Departments of Physics, Chemistry and Zoology in the Abbottabad University of Science and Technology, Abbottabad; (b) the date of advertisements issued for admission in the said departments since their establishment; and (c) whether it is a fact that the establishment of those departments in the said University and enrollment/admission of students therein has been done without the permission of HEC, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications be pleased to state: (a) the names, designations and date of retirement of the pensioners of Telephone Industries of Pakistan, Haripur; (b) the number of the said pensioners who have been given the facility of restoration of pension; and (c) the names, designations and date of retirement of those pensioners whose cases for restoration of pensions are pending indicating also the time by which the same will be approved?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the post of Secretary, Pharmacy Council of Pakistan has been filled by giving additional/current charge of the same to an officer in BPS-18 without seeking approval of the Pharmacy Council as required by the Pharmacy Act, 1967 or from the cabinet, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said officer holds dual nationality, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the amount of bailout packages given by the Government to PIA, Pakistan Steel Mills and other state institutions during the last ten year wise break up; (b) the amount of bailout package approved by the Government for the said institutions during the current fiscal year; and (c) whether the Government has carried out any assessment of the economic impacts of the said bailout packages on the underdeveloped areas and communities of the country in general and the tax payers in particular, if so, the details thereof?
