Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state whether it is a fact that natural gas load enhancement is being allowed for industrial units in Sindh in the light of Article 158 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan while this enhancement is not being allowed in case of industrial units in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, if so, the reasons for this disparity?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state whether it is a fact that electricity wheeling charges have been notified for Punjab (Fatima Energy) but the same have not been notified for PESCO, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has installed mechanical meters for the domestic consumers which do not have pressure correction system like Electronic Volume Corrector (EVC) meters; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said meters show almost double meter reading in comparison to EVC meters during the winter season in which the gas pressure becomes low; and (c) whether it is further a fact that SNGPL calculate the gas received by it on EVC meters and sell it to the consumers on the basis of calculation made through mechanical meters, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister Inchrge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the criterion laid down for appointment of members of Boards of Directors of Public Sector Enterprises (PSE) in the country; and (b) whether the present members of the said boards fulfill the said criterion?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government has paid an extra amount of Rs. 595 million to Independent Power Producer (IPP) companies of Saif, Orient, Sapphire and Hoalmore which run on diesel and having tariff rate of Rs. 11.67 per unit, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether it is also a fact that Jamshoro unit 1 having tariff of Rs. 5.6 per unit and Hubco Narowal with a tariff rate of 5.77 per unit were running on 25% and 48% respectively of their total capacity, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the present capacity of warehouse constructed at Sust (Khujrab) border is small and can handle material of only 10 vehicles per day; and (b) whethe there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to construct a warehouse for transit cargo at the said place having capacity for handling material of 5000 vehicles per day?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that firefighting equipment has not been installed / fitted in the three Attaabad Tunnels and is lying in open storage, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that exhaust fans have only been installed in half of the said tunnels and the remaining half is without the same, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether it is further a fact that the hardware and software system for operation and maintenance of those tunnels is in Chinese Language and Pakistani Engineers have not been trained to operate and maintain the same, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the National Highway Authority did not appoint its own consultant for the construction of road from Hanjrab pass to Gilgit under the CPEC programme, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the carpeting of the said roads is below standard, if so, the name(s) of person(s) responsible for the same; and (c) whether it is further a fact that as per Aashto Standard 7 degree bank on curves has not been kept while only 3 feet shoulder has been designed on that road, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control be pleased to state whether it is a fact that despite the installation of 1900 surveillance cameras in Islamabad at the cost of Rs. 12.50 billion under the Islamabad Safe City project, the crime rate in Islamabad has not decreased as compared to the rest of the country, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Technical College of Merabagwal Islamabad has not been made fully functional since its establishment, if so, the time by which the same would be made fully functional; (b) the capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operating expenditure (OPEX) of the said College at present; and (c) the number of principals posted in the said College since its establishment indicating also the number of students trained therein so far?
