Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan spends million of dollars to import mobile phone sets and its accessories every year; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in the affirmative, whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish mobile phone sets and its accessories manufacturing industry to save millions of dollars of foreign reserves; if so, the incentives will be given for the establishment of aforesaid industry; if not, the reasons thereof?
