Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the location-wise names of the Hydel Power Projects whose feasibility study is being conducted by WAPDA to generate 20,000 MW electricity through River Chitral; (b) whether it is a fact that the said projects will be completed by WAPDA on the said river up to 2025; and (c) whether it is also a fact that 500 KV transmission system and local Grid Station of 500 KV will be necessary therefor; if so, the steps being taken in this regard?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the preliminary negotiations held between Pakistan and Afghanistan on Minister level for jointly producing 1500 MW power from the Kabul (Chitral) River; if so, the present status thereof; (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to produce 20,000 MW of electricity from the said river out of which 10,000 MW electricity will be generated from run of river projects; and (c) whether there is also any proposal under consideration of the Government to produce electricity through Hydro Power in District Upper Dir by diverting water of said river; if so, when it will be implemented?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) pays house rent/ceiling to its employees alongwith their monthly salaries; (b) whether it is also a fact that several employees of the SNGPL including Law Officer, Mr. Tariq Kamal concealed the facts that they reside in the Government accommodations and get house rents/ceilings alongwith their monthly salaries, if so, the details alongwith the justification thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to discontinue such payments and bring such culprits before justice for the said concealment of facts?
