Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that gas has not been supplied by the Government to residents of New Chakwal City Housing Scheme so far; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the total number of applications submitted by the administration and residents of the said Housing Scheme during the last five years for supply of gas in the said Society alongwith the details thereof; (c) the total expenditures to be incurred for supply of the same; and (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to supply gas in the said Housing Society; if so, when it will be implemented?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the details of countries, which were visited by the present Prime Minister, Federal Ministers for Foreign Affairs and Finance for seeking/urging financial assistance to boost the economy of the country alongwith outputs/results of such visits; and (b) whether such visited countries pledged any financial assistance either in terms of loans or grants to Pakistan; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Independent Power Producers (IPPs) invoked jurisdiction for their rights through international arbitration for recovering their outstanding dues against Government and have won the decision of arbitration recently; if so, the details thereof; (b) the impact of said decision of arbitrator in favour of IPPs on national exchequer and power sector, respectively; and (c) the way-forward of the government to bear the burden of the said arbitration and formulate a comprehensive policy to address such matters at its own, in future?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Estate Office has not been updating General Waiting List (GWL) of all categories of Government accommodations since long; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that due to non-updation of said GWL, discrepancies in allotment of accommodations are found at present and Estate Office have allotted accommodations to employees who were junior in GWL; if so, the details thereof during the last five years; (c) the category-wise details of employees in GWL to whom allotment was given by the Estate Office according GWL, so far; and (d) the time by which GWL will be updated and discrepancies would be removed in allotment of accommodations?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the amount which has been paid to each private lawyer in different cases of Honourable High Courts and Honourable Supreme Court to represent the Government either in a case filed by or on behalf of the Government for the last five years alongwith names of private lawyers in each case; (b) whether it is a fact that Supreme Court of Pakistan has passed an order and have restrained the Government to hire private lawyers keeping in view large number of appointments of law officers in different capacities; (c) if answer to parts (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, is it not an violation of order of the Honourable Supreme Court; (d) if so, what steps are being taken by the Government to fix the responsibility of such violation of the orders of Supreme Court?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation conducted assessment prior to making collection from the employees of Government against those housing schemes launched without having land therefor; if so, the details thereof; (b) the justification to launch and make collection for such schemes without having land therefor; (c) total principal collection made through such schemes at present; and (d) the amount of interest gained thereon and utilization of both principal collection and interest thereon separately?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) when was TV fee included in the electricity bills; (b) the rate of such fee at the time of its inclusion in the electricity bills, and number of times it was increased thereafter along with details thereof; (c) the legal authority empowering the Government to first charge such fee to general public, include it in the electricity bills and increase its rate; (d) the details of mutual contract of PTV and electricity companies for collection and deposit thereof in PTV’s accounts; (e) years-wise collection of such fee from each distribution company and deposit thereof in the accounts of electricity during the last ten years; and (f) what is procedure of reconciliation of such collection and deposit by PTV and collecting companies?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) when did the Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society Islamabad start the four canals Agro Farm Scheme, Zone-IV and how many members have made full payment and given possession alongwith names and date of payments; (b) how many members have not made full payment but got possession of plot alongwith names and date of payments; 21 (c) how many members have made full payment but have not been given possession of plot alongwith reasons thereof; and (d) is it a fact that previous management of the Society has made an agreement with Mr. Qaiser Riaz Cheema; if so, details of agreement alongwith reasons for non-implementation, actions taken against them and amount of embezzlement recovered from them?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the additional revenue, in terms of billions rupees, which has been generated through electricity bills as a result of uninterrupted electricity supply to consumers in the financial year 2018-19; (b) total additional megawatts, which have been added in the system by the incumbent Government alongwith details of its projects, which have been initiated and made operational; (c) the volume of theft of electricity both in terms of number of units and value thereof alongwith the most theft prone areas; (d) whether the Government has assessed reasons behind such theft, particularly with reference to fault in transmission system; if so, the details thereof; and (e) what steps are being taken to fix the menace of electricity theft?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the impact, on the daily life of a common man, of IMF package and other financial packages, which the present Governmenteither have sought or to be sought in near future, particularly with reference to price-hike of different essential commodities and services; (b) whether any study has been conducted to determine the exact magnitude of such impact on a common man; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to uplift the living standard of a common man?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) the number of complaints, registered in the Citizens’ Portal so far; (b) the number of complaints solved/addressed by the relevant authorities concerned so far; (c) the benchmarks, designed to determine whether a complaint has been solved or otherwise; (d) how does Prime Minister’s Office or line authority, of the portal, follow up a complaint to take it to its logical end; (e) whether Government has taken notice of the hampering attitude of functionaries of different Government institutions, while solving such complaints; if so, the details thereof; and(f) what steps are being taken to make the portal more efficient, particularly by holding the functionaries, failing to address such complaints within an appropriate time frame, accountable?
