Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the names and locations of those Dispensaries and Hospitals which are functioning in Sahiwal Division under the control of DG (MS) WAPDA; (b) whether audit of those Dispensaries/Hospitals have been conducted during the last five years; if so, the details; if not, the reasons thereof; (c) whether the objections have been raised in those audit reports; if so, the action taken against the responsibles during the said period; (d) the surprise visits carried out by the said DG to those Dispensaries during the last three years; and (e) whether irregularities have been pointed out during the said visits; if so, the action taken against the responsibles alongwith the names and designations of employees thereof?
