Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the population presently residing in Wards of Cantonment Boards of the country is greater than the Union Councils; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in the affirmative, whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to further delimitation of said Wards; if so, the details; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that prior approval of the Government is required for a Public Sector University to give affiliation to an educational institution; (b) whether it is also a fact that such parameters were not implemented by the Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agricultural University, Rawalpindi to give affiliation to various educational institutions; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the details of educational institutions which have been affiliated with said University so far alongwith the criteria adopted therefor?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has failed to complete a project regarding provision of water to the residents of Islamabad; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the CDA to complete the said project as early as possible?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) the year in which the Schools/Colleges located in Cantonment areas were placed under the administrative control of the Federal Government Educational Institutions Cantts and Garrisons; (b) the prescribed procedure including quota system for admission in the said Schools/Colleges at present; (c) the composition of the Board of Governors of the said institutions; (d) whether the civilians representations have been given in Board of Governors of the said institutions; (e) the mode of financing of the said institutions; (f) whether the Ministry provides funds for its affairs; and (g) whether most of the lands on which the said institutions have been established had been provided by the locals?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training pleased to state: (a) the names, qualification and other credentials of persons who were appointed in the Quaid-i-Azam, Allama Iqbal Open and Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture Universities during the last three years; (b) whether it is a fact that said posts were advertised; if so, the details thereof; (c) whether it is further a fact that said appointments were not made on merit; if so, the reasons thereof; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether any case of upgradation of the post of Telephone Operator from BPS-09 to BPS-14 has submitted by the Pak. PWD to the Establishment Division; if so, the date thereof; (b) the action taken in this regard so far; and (c) the time by which said post will be upgraded?

Will the Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Mr. Shakeel Khan, Media Manager of the PCB misbehaved with some journalists when they contacted him for their accreditation cards during the year 2017; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said Media Manager does not attend their phone calls; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, the reasons thereof?
