(a) whether Military Accounts Employees Housing Scheme (MAEHS) has been established in Lahore with the permission of the Ministry in the name of the Pakistan Military Accounts Department which is an attached department of the said Ministry; if so, the legal status of the said Housing Scheme;
(b) whether head of the said department is legally authorized to launch a Housing Scheme with the collaboration of a private firm/persons;
(c) whether LDA has declared MAEHS as illegal;
(d) whether private parties are exploiting name of the said department and the department has nothing to do with the said Housing Scheme; if so, the reasons thereof;
(e) whether the said department has not expressed dissociation with the said Housing Scheme; if so, the reasons thereof; and
(f) whether action has not been taken against the relevant persons; if so, the reasons thereof?
