Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state: (a) the names of countries to which exports from Pakistan decreased during the last five years; and (b) whether any action has been taken against the Commercial Councilors / officers posted in those countries on account of the said decrease in exports during that period, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the newly constructed Government flats near Abpara, Islamabad have illegally been occupied by police personnel, Government employees and other trespassers, if so, the disciplinary and criminal action taken against them; and (b) whether it is a fact that the said flats have not got vacated from the occupation of the said trespassers so far, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state the details of action taken by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan against companies registered with it for misusing public funds during the last five years?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the names, age, educational qualifications, experience and place of domicile of the Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan’s Tribunal; and (b) the number of appeals filed in, accepted, decided and rejected by the said Tribunal during the last five years with years wise break up?

Will the Minister for States and Frontier Regions be pleased to state whether the Government has taken any steps to facilitate children facing mental/physical learning challenges in the areas previously called as FATA during the last five years, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state the names and date of posting of the officers of Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS) in BPS 17 to 19 working in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at present, indicating also the stations where they have served prior to their posting in that province, with duration wise break up in each case?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) the qualification, experience and age limit for the appointment of the Chief Information Commissioner and Commissioners of the Pakistan Information Commission (PIC); (b) the perks, privileges and other benefits being drawn by the Chief Information Commissioner and Commissioners of the Commission; (c) the budget allocated and utilized by the Commission during the last three years with year wise break up; (d) the total number of cases pending in the Commission, disposal rate, causes for delay and steps being taken for expeditious disposal of the cases; and (e) whether it is fact that majority of the appeals pending in the Commission are lodged by habitual litigants, if so, the details and the steps being taken to discourage this trend?
