Will the Minister for Commerce Textile be pleased to state the steps taken by the Government so far to implement the Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) ratified by Pakistan:

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the exports of textile products from Pakistan has declined by 10% during the last five years, if so, the reasons thereof and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to boost Pakistan’s textile exports?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that during June last year an agreement was reached between Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA)and companies operating in the oil and gas industry regarding fee structure to be paid by oil marketing, refining, storage and pipeline companies to OGRA but the same has not been notifies so far, the reason thereof; and (b) the present fee structure payable to OGRA by the said companies?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the number of new passenger and freight trains started by Pakistan Railways during the period from 2015 to 2017; and (b) the financial position of Pakistan Railways at present?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether any land of Pakistan Railways has been leased out during the last three years, if so, the location of the land, name of the lessee and amount of lease in each case; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to lease out more land of Pakistan Railways, if so, details thereof?

Will the Minister for Narcotics Control be pleased to state the steps taken by the Government to stop the proliferation of drugs in Universities of Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken by the Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to comply with the principles set forth by the International Organization of Securities Commission (IOSCO)since 2015; and (b) the details of areas in which improvements are still needed to ensure full compliance of those principles, indicating also the steps being taken for the same?
