Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the post of Assistant in Federal Government departments was upgraded from BPS-14 to BPS-15 vide Finance Division Office Memorandum No. 9(7)R-I/2014-515/2016 dated 01-07-2016; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the said posts have not been upgraded in CDA so far and the case for upgradation of the same is lying pending with the CDA Board, if so, the reasons thereof indicating also the date on which the case was referred to that board and the time by which the same will be finalized and those posts will be upgraded?
