Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that for the establishment of Swat University announcement was made eight years back and the University came into formal existence in July 2010; (b) whether it is also a fact that since eight years even today the promise for its own campus remained unfulfilled; (c) whether it is further a fact that the land was purchased and funds were provided by the HEC; (d) if so, why the construction work has not yet been started as the students are still studying in the rental buildings in various parts of Swat; and (e) whether there is any comprehensive plan of the Government to build the University building?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reform be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to include as public sector development project of “construction of Solid Waste Recycling Plant in Upper Swat in the upcoming PSDP of the Federal Government; (b) if the answer to part (a) is in affirmative, the details of feasibility report and cost to be incurred thereof?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reform be pleased to state whether there is any proposal presently under consideration of the Federal Government to include the project “extension of Swat Motorway from Chakdara to Kalam” in upcoming PSDP?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state whether it is a fact that vacant posts have been filled in Pakistan Railway; if so, the detail of all such posts filled so far since September, 2018 alongwith the area-wise detail thereof?
