(a) how it will be ensured that if Gas companies have been failed to meet the Unaccounted for Gas (UFG) target/benchmark set by Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), the losses thereof is not passed on to the customer;
(b) if such losses are borne by the licensee itself, where an amount of such damages stands and who ultimately bears the brunt of such losses;
