Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether the Federal Government have noticed that Muzaffargargh having population of more than 45 lacs has neither any University nor campus of any recognized University over there; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to establish a University or campus of any University of the Federal Government over there by naming the said University or campus in the names of famous deserving personalities of Muzaffargarh?
