Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether Ministry has taken notice of malnutrition and stunting; if so, the details thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to address the issue of malnutrition and stunting?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is fact a that operations of Lahore-Wazirabad train services/Babu Passengers Train have recently been suspended for an indefinite period; if so, the justification thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to restore the same at the earliest?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether Ministry has taken notice of pollution caused by plastic bags across the country; if so, the details thereof; and (b) the steps being taken to control the excessive use of plastic bags?

Will the Minister for Postal Services be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that post office in village Nizamabad attached with Wazirabad had been established long ago and the people of Allahabad and surrounding areas alongwith those of Nizamabad benefited from this facility; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said post office has been closed due to which public has to face acute problems; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to restore this old and beneficial post office of Nizamabad immediately?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Wazirabad is famous for its cutlery, knife and sword making industry for many centuries; (b) whether it is also a fact that more foreign exchange can be earned by encouraging and exporting the said products; (c) if the answer to parts (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a)whether it is a fact that Chinese Ambassador visited NAVTTC in 2018 and given assurance in front of all officers that all Chinese companies that will come to Pakistan in respect of CPEC work will contact NAVTTC for required skilled labour and NAVTTC will provide Pakistani skilled labour to these Chinese companies; if so, whether this understanding and set policy is being implemented or not; if not, the reasons thereof; (b)whether Turkey promised to set up a state of the art institution of culinaxy skills as a gesture of goodwill and gift it to Pakistan in 2018 and an MOU was also signed after the approval of the Cabinet; if so, the implementation status of setting up the said institute; and (c)whether this very beneficial project has been shelved due to the lack of interest of the Ministry?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a)whether it is a fact that Prime Minister initiated Prime Minister Youth Skill Development Programme through NAVTTC during previous regime and youth were provided free training for six months and youths were provided three thousand scholarship monthly and one lac youth including boys and girls were made skilled in 2017-18 under said programme; (b)many youths out of said youth programme started work within the country and abroad as plumber, mason, electrician, driver, cook and beautician on the basis of training; (c)it had been planned to further extend this extremely beneficial and super programme and a programme had been formulated to extend the number of youths from 1 lac to 1.5 lac in January, 2019; (d)the reasons for closing best un-employment and poverty alleviation programme in the country Ministry for Education or Prime Minister Office are responsible for the closure of said programme; and (e)whether Government intends to close every good work for public?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether U-Turns, which are very dangerous and severly harmful for transporters situated on G. T. Road, passing through the mid of the city area of Ghakhar, District Gujranwala are causing life taking accidents; (b) if so, the time by which necessary extension of said U-turns will be made?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that monthly salary of Chairman State Bank of Pakistan has been fixed rupees fifteen millions which is equal to the salaries of one hundred MNA(s); and (b) whether it is not practically contrary to the claims of austerity measures by fixing maximum salary in the history of Pakistan?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) the reasons for non-availability of urea fertilizer in the market; (b) whether it is a fact that the prices of DAP Urea were at Rs.2500/2600 during the years 2016-2017; (c) whether it is a fact that at present price of DAP Urea per bag is Rs.10,000/- which is four times increased in prices in the comparison of previous era; and (d) whether it is a fact that above said four time increased prices are destructive for the farmers and entire agriculture sector?
