Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether concerned departments have taken notice that petroleum companies particularly which are operating in Tehsil Gujar Khan, District Rawalpindi do not contribute in community welfare; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether it is a fact that operations of such petroleum companies destroy investigative of the local area; (c) what steps are being taken to pursue such companies to contribute in social welfare of the community of the area; (d) if not, then what action will be taken to make the responsible accountable as early as possible?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) why does not petroleum concession agreement/policy is applicable on both leases that operate in Tehsil Gujjar Khan, District Rawalpindi; 21 (b) the details of work which has been done by each of company/firm mentioned in said question in Tehsil Gujjar Khan, Distirct Rawalpindi; (c) corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard to ensure true spending in said Tehsil?
