(a) whether it is afact that pressure of natural Gas is low to zero at Wahda! Road Lahore and inparticular H .No..J-5)/51. Green Street Colony' Wahdat Road Lahore; [{so. the reasons thereol (b) what action has been taken by authorities concerned to improve, the pressure of gas to aforesaid locality; and (c) t/me hy which problem of low to zero pressure of natural gas will be improved'!

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether any concession is given to the Government employees on the fees of tests in Kahuta Research Laboratories (KRL), Hospital, Islamabad; if not, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that concession in the fees of tests is given to the employees of atomic energy commission by the hospital but the said facility is not given to other Government employees; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the time by which said facility will be granted for the other government employees?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that CDA has pledged the land of Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society, Islamabad; (b) if so, how much and when the said land has been pledged; (c) if not, the reasons for not pledging the said land; (d) the respective plot numbers situated on the said land and as to when the said land will be returned to the society and the criteria which will be adopted for the same; and (e) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to allot the plots to allottees on the main road of G-15/4, Islamabad; if not, reasons thereof; if so, the details of criteria to accommodate the said allottees?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that thirty eight (38) inquiries are going on to investigate the fraud case of Jammu and Kashmir Society and the number of inquires of the committees are completed so far alongwith the details; the amount recovered from the said inquiries up till now; (b) the time by which land will be allotted to those members who had paid the amount earlier in zone-V whether the said point has been included in the inquiry; if not, the reasons; if so, the progress so far; and (c) the details of advance amount paid to Mr. Basheer Cheema for purchasing the land?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) location of the land allocated for Libraries at Bahria Enclave, Islamabad and the number of Libraries established so far, alongwith expenditures involved on above; (b) the names of the sectors where the new libraries will be established; (c) the time by which the work of the same will be started; and (d) the details of budget allocated for the same so far; and (e) the area of land on which the said society (Bahria Enclave Islamabad) is situated?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether a number of Officers of the National Assembly had applied for allotment of plots in Kurry Road Housing Society Islamabad; if so, the detail thereof; and (b) the time by which plots will be allotted to said officers alongwith the details of price and criteria fixed thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that society issues only letter to the persons purchasing plots in Bahria Enclave, Islamabad and purchase is not allowed for the registry of the plot; (b) whether it is also a fact that purchasers of plot in said society is not deemed as owner of the land; (c) whether it is further a fact that land is given to him on the principle of lease, the relevant laws in this regard and the reasons for which residents of the society are not allowed for registry of their land; (d) if so, whether it is tantamount to fraud; if it is found fraud then detail of action that will be taken by the concerned agencies?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that an agreement for purchase of land for Jammu Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society, Zone-II, Islamabad took place between the society administration and Mr. Bashir Ahmed S/O Muhammad Rafiq, in January, 2016; (b) the token money paid to Mr. Bashir Ahmed alongwith the cost of purchase of the said land and all other details in respect of such agreement; (c) whether any inquiry is under way regarding the said agreement in view of the overall investigations of fraud committed in the society; if so, the details thereof; and (d) the time by which the inquiry of fraud in the allotment of plots would be completed?
