Will the Minister for Maritime Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether in the recent years difficulties have increased for Pakistani Seamen in joining their nominated ships at foreign ports; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether Pakistani Seamen were allowed to travel on “OK TO BOARD” (without visa) however presently they are not allowed anymore; (c) the steps being taken by the Government to get ”OK TO BOARD”facility from our friendly countries like Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, China, Qatar and UAE; and (d) the steps being taken to make Seamen Service Book available online for verification?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether any inquiry was conducted on complaints of large scale corruption in the privatization of Karachi Electric Supply Company Limited (KESC); (b) whether it is a fact that billions of rupees were misappropriated by few people during incorporation of K Electric Limited; if so, why inquiry was not conducted by NAB regarding accused; and (c) whether it is also correct that K-Electric Limited is being sold to Shanghai Electric Company?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the railway’s track from Peshawar to Torkham Border laid during British era are not in use at present; (b) if so, whether the Government intends to restore the said railway’s track particularly for business and tourism purpose; (c) if so, when; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) was established to achieve fair measures of academic uniformity, evaluation and curricular standards and to promote curricular activities on Inter Board basis; (b) whether it is also a fact that IBCC provides a discussion forum for Provincial Curriculum Bureaus regarding coordination of educational activities like curriculum, evaluation and educational planning; (c) if so, whether IBCC has taken notice of Peshawar Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa regarding removal of study material, related to KHATM-E-NABUWAT, from Islamyat syllabus of Class 4; and (d) what steps are being taken, at the forum of IBCC, in this regard?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the details of complaints received under the online complaint management system in CDA from January to December, 2018 indicating also the details of complaints resolved out of the same so far; and (b) the details of the complaints pending so far alongwith reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Postal Services be pleased to state: (a) the profit earned or losses suffered by the Pakistan Post during the last five years with year-wise break-up; and (b) the details of improvement in the performance of Pakistan Post during the said period; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the number of Government houses that were alloted to employees of IESCO in the year 2018 and 2019 in Sector G-7/ 4, Islamabad and other places alongwith detail; (b) whether the possession of houses has been given to allottees; if not, the reasons thereof alongwith the time by which the possession will be handed over to them; and (c) the names and designations of the employees who were allotted houses in G-7/4, Islamabad, WAPDA Colony during the said period?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state: (a) the details of agreement signed between National University of Science and Technology (NUST) and Chartered Institute of Management United Kingdom for collaboration in research and exchange of students and faculty in 2013 indicating also the progress made on the same so far; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make further progress; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Oil and Gas reserves have been explored from merged area of F. R. Lakki Marwat, Tehsil and Sub Division Bettani, Gazgoba; (b) if so, the total volume and estimated value in Pakistan Rupee of these reserves; and (c) the complete details of practical steps taken so far by OGDCL and its contracting company for the progress and welfare of the local population of the said area?
