Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Mr. Sajid Ikram Gardwar, Revenue Department, Islamabad Capital Territory, in connivance with other employees, was involved in transferring a property of an alive person to an un-authorized person by showing the original owner dead; (b) whether it is also a fact that an inquiry was initiated against the accused employees on the complaint of aggrieved; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the inquiry report alongwith details of the action taken thereon and whether the case has been forwarded to Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) for investigation?
