(a) whether it is a fact that Pakist...an ratified ‘United Nations
Convention on Rights of Persons with Disabilities (2006)’
on 5th July 2011 but have not submitted its preliminary
report by September 2011 for meeting deadline
or subsequent deadlines and so far has not submitted even
a single report to the relevant UN Committee; if so, reasons
for non-compilation and non-submission of initial report
and subsequent periodical reports by Pakistan on the
implementation of UN Convention on the Rights of Persons
with Disabilities;
(b) the time by which Pakistan’s periodical reports on ‘UN’
Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities will
be submitted by sharing of its draft with Parliament before
