Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state whether Shipping Companies are making exorbitant/ excess charges from exporters; if so, protective measures taken by Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan Automation Company had been merged in Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation in 2007 due to which the employees are suffering from mental torture without promotion and betterment of work; and (b) the time by which Government will take positive steps against longstanding sufferings of said employees and to give them promotion and incentives equally alongwith details thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government has closed the SFDAC department which had been granting the Textile degrees with the affiliation of Hamdard University from 2004 to 2017 and it has been handed over to National Textile University after 2017; and (b) whether it is also a fact that no one is paying attention to textile degree holders, who received their degrees till 2017, specially SFDAC degree holders are not being given the membership by Engineering Council; and (c) the time by which Government will address this matter alon gwith complete details thereof?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Generalized System of Preferences plus status was awarded to Pakistan in 2013 with some conditions; if so, the details thereof; and (b) the steps taken or being taken by the Government in this regard so far?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) the date on which Neelum Jhelum Hydropower Project will be completed; (b) is there any delay in completion date of the said project; if so, the reasons thereof; (c) the final cost of the said project at which it will be completed; and (d) the date on which generation of electricity will be started therefrom?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state the details of efforts initiated by the Government to stop the Line of Control violations so far?

Will the Minister for Postal Services be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to run the Postal Services on public-private partnership basis; if not, the reasons thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to make the Postal Services at par with international standards?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: 8 (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish Federally Administrative Hospitals for entitled senior citizens in the country; (b) if so, when it will be implemented; if not, the reasons therefor?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Supreme Court of Pakistan banned the re-employment and extension of retired employees in all the civil departments/organizations/ministries; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, the details of departments/ organizations/ ministries where retired employees are re-employed and extension are granted alongwith reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) is there any kind of tax on all types of educational products at present in the country; (b) if so, the item-wise details with rate and reasons therefor; (c) if the answer to part (a) is in affirmative, whether it is a fact that the same tax/taxes is in violation of Article 25A of the Constitution of Pakistan; (d) if so, action taken against the responsible thereof; (e) is there any proposal under consideration of the Government to abolish all kind of taxes on educational products; (f) if the answer to part (e) is in affirmative, the time by which it will be implemented; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: a) details of fines, which were imposed on consumers by Sub Division Takht-e-Nasrati, District Karak (KP) in the financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19; b) detail of recoveries from such fines, alongwith pending cases including the justification of pendency; and (c) details of above motioned fines, which were later-on waived-off alongwith justification of each case?

(a) whether it is a fact that special attention on education is being paid by the present Government; (b) whether it is also a fact that district Korangi of Karachi is made helpless in seeking Higher and Under Graduates education, while the boys and girls of the said area have to go in farflung areas for seeking education; (c) whether the Government intends to establish a branch/institute of any Federal University for district Korangi in near future; if not, the reasons thereof; (d) if answer to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the time by which same will be established by the Government?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the number of vacant posts advertised by the Railways in newspapers during previous three years alongwith nomenclatures of the said posts; and (b) the numbers of vacant posts in the Railways at present alongwith their details?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state whether it is a fact that a large number of applications for grant of degree equivalence certificate to doctor of education are lying pending with Higher Education Commission; if so, details of each pending case and the justification thereof?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there is declining proportion of Pakistan workforce in the Gulf States; (b) if so, the details thereof and also indicating the country-wise rate of decline during the last three years?
