Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the aggrieved employees, almost all the cadre, of Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) have approached the Court; (b) if so, what steps have been taken to redress their grievances so that they may perform their duty of educating the students properly?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the reasons for not promoting Accountants (BPS-16) and Assistant Private Secretaries (BPS-16) on the post of Administrative Officer (BPS-17) and violating S.R.O 88 (KE)/92 dated 23-04-1992 and S.R.O 1097(I) 93 dated 15-11-1993, in which 75% quota is reserved for Accountants and 25% for the Stenographers to promote as Administrative Officer (BPS-16); (b) the reason for another violation of S.R.O 1166(I)/2016 dated 14-12-2016, in which the post of Administrative Officer (BPS-16) is upgraded as Administrative Officer (BPS-17) in the recruitment rules and 50% quota is reserved for the Accountants (BPS-16) and 30% for Assistant Private Secretaries (BPS-16); and (c) plan of action for promotion of aforesaid cadres?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the reasons for promoting Assistant/Assistant In-charge (BPS-14-15) as Administrative Officer (BPS-16) at Federal Directorate of Education, Islamabad in violation of S.R.O.88(KE)/92 dated 23-4-1992 and S.R.O.1097(I)93 dated 15-11-1993 and S.R.O.1166(1)2016 dated 14-12-2016; and (b) plan of action to avoid such violations of recruitment rules?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a)the reasons for not implementing S.R.O. 1166(1)/2016 dated 14-12-2016 to upgrade the post of Admn Officer from (BPS-16 to 17) in the Federal Directorate of Education, Islamabad; and (b)the steps being taken by the Government to encounter such violations of recruitment rules?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a)detail of steps taken by the Ministry and Federal Directorate of Education, Islamabad to release the hiring payments of the teaching and non-teaching staff working in 423 institutions for the financial year 2019-20 and their previous pending payments; and (b)whether there is any proposal and proposition to encounter such pending hiring payments for the next year 2020-21?
