Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the passengers booked seat in flight PK-706, originally supposed to operate between Istanbul and Islamabad, but later the flight, operated under the arrangements of code sharing between PIA and Turkish Airlines as TK-1948 on 15-02-2023, was diverted to Lahore and as a result passengers faced severe difficulties in reaching their destinations; (b) if so, the reasons for such diversion; (c) How many people traveled in the said flight in total and how many people were booked for Islamabad and how many of them were transferred to Islamabad after landing in Lahore; (d) details of the financial burden, borne by PIA upon such diversion; and who authorized such diversion; and (e) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government so that such action is not repeated in the future?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact the Government has decided to open letters of credits (LCs) for luxury vehicles; if so, the details thereof indicating also the total number of vehicles, models and prices; (b) whether it is also a fact that during the time of financial crunch and low level of foreign reserves, this step can aggravate the already depleted position of the reserves; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration by the Government to instantly stop the import of the luxury vehicles?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the project of widening and rehabilitation of existing N-35 in Abbottabad city is included in the Federal PSDP of the current financial year; (b) if so, the details thereof, indicating also the funds releases made so far; (c) whether it is also a fact that the said project was included in the PSDP of some previous years; (d) if so, the detail of the same alongwith year-wise break-up; (e) what steps are being taken by the Government to remove hurdles in the way of the said project; and (f) the time by which the project will actually be initiated?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Capital Development Authority (CDA), being custodian of the Parliament House, retrieved various structures, equipment, furniture, etc. during the renovation of the building during the last three years, alongwith quantity and specification of each item; (b) the item-wise details, auctioned later, if any alongwith details and price, at which each of item was auctioned; (c) whether anything has been kept with CDA yet; if so, the details thereof; and (d) the items that were placed/installed afresh during the process of renovation and the costs involved in each item?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) the country-wise details of migrant workers who died abroad during the last five years; (b) whether the relevant authorities have obtained a record of the nature of death of each of the above; if so, the details thereof (c) whether the Government has provided any kind of assistance to such migrant workers who died abroad; (d) if so, the details thereof alongwith the nature of the assistance; (e) has any data, in this regard, been compiled; if so, the details thereof; (f) the Government taken notice of the health risks faced by migrant workers abroad, especially low wages workers; if so, the details thereof; and (g) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there is no facility of Petrol Pump and car wash in Behria Enclave, Islamabad: (b) whether it is also a fact that society administration is not auctioning the land allocated for petrol pump in society due to which residents of society facing severe difficulties; (c) if so, the time by which petrol pump will be setup after auctioning alongwith the detail thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that main electricity line is passing over the houses of village Darwal, Tehsil and District Chakwal; (b) whether it is also a fact that survey was carried out for the alteration of said line some time ago; (c) if so, the current status of implementation on said survey; if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) the time by which the main electricity line passing over the said houses would be shifted to an alternative location?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the basic degree and training which is compulsory for opening the Hijama Centers along with the name of the institute which deals with the licensing issues of Hijama Center; (b) the number of Hijama centers established in Islamabad; (c) the number of degree holder owners of the said centers; (d) the details of action taken against the illegal centers; (e) whether it is a fact that despite teaching all related subjects to D-Pharmacy holders, they are not allowed to open any Hijama Center; (f) if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that OPF Girl School located in Sector F-8, Islamabad, and OPF Boys School located in Sector H-8, Islamabad, have recently enhanced the buses fare at an exorbitant rate;\(b) detail of year-wise buses fare charged by the abovementioned schools during the last five years indicating also the date of increase thereof; (c) whether it is also a fact that most of the students have abandoned the bus facility as they are unable to pay such exorbitant bus fare; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to rationalize the bus fare so that the parents of the students can cope-up with the prevailing price-hike and inflation in the country?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) how many meetings of the National Economic Council (NEC) and Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) have been held since 2010 to till date; (b) details indicating dates, agenda items and the names of members in attendance; (c) whether annual reports of the National Economic Council/ECNEC have been prepared and laid in both Houses of Parliament during the said period; (d) if so, details of the same indicating date of laying of the reports alongwith furnishing copies of the same; (e) whether the said reports are published/placed on the official website of the Cabinet Division for use of the Parliamentarians and general public; if not, reasons thereof; and (f) what steps are being taken by the Government to publish/place these reports on the official website for the use of the Parliamentarians and the general public?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state: (a) the latest status of implementation of the instructions/ recommendations issued by any forum including legislative body of each division, attached and subordinate department under the administrative control of Ministry from time to time regarding reinstatement of service or any other service matter of employees during the recent time along with breakup and to what extend such instructions/recommendations have fully been implemented; (b) how many of them are partially implemented or pending at present including reasons of pendency of each case; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to implement such directions/recommendations of the committee at the earliest?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) number of applications received by each school of the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Islamabad, for seeking admission for each class during the last three years; (b) how many applicants have been admitted in each of the school and class; (c) whether it is a fact that a large number of applicants could not get admission in their desired classes and schools; (d) if so, whether it is not a violation of the Constitution of Pakistan, which guarantees from 5 to 16 years education; (e) the total number of schools, and the increase made during the last five years in the existing capacity of each school, to cater for more children in the capital; and (f) what remedial measures are being taken by the Government to accommodate such applicants who failed to seek admissions during this year?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the matters of restoration of pension of employees are pending in Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), particularly a matter of (pension restoration) namely Mr. Muhammad Munir Qureshi, Ex-ES (BS-16) who retired on 25th July, 2009 and was entitled to get restoration of commuted portion of his pension on attaining the age of 72 years, but the same is still pending in PTCL Office of Director Pension, Pakistan Telecommunication Employees Trust (PTET), Lahore; (b) whether it is also fact that such case is being delayed amongst others by the concerned wing on either one pretext or an other; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to finalize such cases expeditiously?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) the details of educational institutions being run by Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) which have either been renovated or repaired during the last five years alongwith the costs incurred on each of the aforesaid institutions; (b) whether bids were invited for execution of such work; (c) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) if a discrepancy is found while execution of such work, then what corrective measures are being taken to resolve the same?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the names of persons/employees who got retired from Pakistan Institute of Medical Science, Islamabad (PIMS) during the last two years, indicating also their designation, basic pay scale and date of retirement; (b) how many of them were granted promotion before the retirement alongwith detail thereof indicating the name of persons/employees, designation and date of promotion; (c) whether it is a fact that pension cases of most of the above said employees have not been finalized till date; if so, the reasons thereof, indicating each case; (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to finalize the pending pension case expeditiously and the date by which the same will be completed?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration by the Government to upgrade the Elementary School Teachers (EST) posted in the educational institutions across the country including the Federal Capital, Islamabad which is managed by the Federal Directorate of Education, Islamabad and the Federal Government Educational Institutions Cantonment Directorate; (b) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (c) whether it is a fact that a new formula has been adopted for the promotion and induction of EST teachers in which 25% of teachers will be recruited through promotions and 75% through direct recruitment; (d) if so, whether it is not unfair to the thousands of teachers who have been waiting for their promotions for 15-20 years; (e) if so, what corrective measures are being taken to rationalize the ratio of promotion to give maximum benefit to already serving teachers?
