Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state: (a) the circumstances leading to impose ban on PIA for its international flight operation to Europe and America; (b) whether it is a fact that American Agency Air Route Traffic Control Centers (ARTCC) has allowed PIA to resume its flight operations; (c) what measures PIA has taken in this respect, so far; (d) whether it is also a fact that European Agency European Association of Social Anthropologists (EASA) has not yet cleared PIA for its flight operation; (e) the reason for this delay and the measures taken by PIA to meet the conditions imposed by EASA; (f) whether it is further a fact that Overseas Pakistanis, have suffered extra ordinary inconvenience due to ban on National Carrier; and (g) what alternative steps PIA have been taken by the Government to provide traveling facility to Overseas Pakistanis?
