Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that most parts of the Balochistan, either do not have the supply of natural gas at all or pressure of the same is low to none in winter seasons, where it has been supplied; if so, the justification thereof; (b) whether the relevant departments have conducted a study in order to supply natural gas to those areas, where it has not been supplied so far and determine the causes of low to none gas pressure in areas, where it has been provided; if so, the details thereof; and (c) what remedial steps are being taken to supply the natural gas to those areas where, it has not been provided and fix the problem of low gas pressure?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) details of public properties which have been mortgaged to different national and international lending agencies to get loan at present alongwith amount of loan, which has been taken against each of above mortgage; (b) whether the present Government is also going to mortgage public properties to such lending agencies to get more loan; if so, the details thereof; (c) is mortgaging public properties to such lending agencies for obtaining loan, advisable as per international best practices; and (d) what alternative steps are being taken instead of mortgaging public properties to lending agencies?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to refer to the Starred Question Nos.166 and 176 replied on 13-01-2020 and to state: (a) details of those new schemes of provision of natural Gas to different parts of Balochistan upon which physically work has been started or approved; (b) the estimated time of the completion of each scheme and whether or not, each of above scheme is moving forward as per its schedule; (c) the budget reserved, released and utilized for each scheme since its inception; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to ensure timely completion of such schemes?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether Establishment Division has evaluated the strength of testing service institutions through whom recruitments are made in Government institutions particularly with reference to their system of evaluation and to ensure transparency in recent times; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether it is a fact that Government institutions hire the services of such institutions before advertising posts without inviting bids as required in PPRA rules; (c) if so, steps being taken to remove such discrepancies and strengthen the testing system?

(a) whether it is a fact that population of Balochistn is scattered, and one has to travel miles to buy essential food items from Utility Stores, as less number of utility stores are situated in the province; (b) whether it is also a fact that the people are facing shortage of essential food items in already operational utility stores in the province; and (c) if the answers to above are affirmative, what steps are being to set up more utility stores at prudent distance from one populated area to another, and ensure availability of essential food items therein?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether Government has taken notice that several Pakistanis are in jails of Tanzania and other African countries; (b) if so, the country-wise number of Pakistanis, who are in jails of African countries at present; (c) whether the Government is providing them legal and other financial assistance; if so, the details thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to ensure earlier release of such Pakistanis?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a large number of people affected by the earthquake in Harnai District of Balochistan have to live under the open sky and National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has failed to provide basic facilities despite tall claims; (b) if so, how did the NDMA assess the ground situation and what is the strategy for providing basic necessities to the affected people; and (c) the NDMA or the Federal Government provided financial assistance to the affected individuals/families for the rehabilitation of their homes; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) what was the responsibility of the Federal Government and how did it fulfill its responsibility to deal with the increasing cases of cholera and severe watery diarrhea that have recently broken out in many parts of Balochistan; (b) the detail of financial and other assistance provided by the Federal Government to the Provincial Government of Balochistan in this regards; and (c) how is the Federal Government supporting the Provincial Government of Balochistan to upgrade fragile health system?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that due to shortage of Utility Stores in Balochistan people at large can not get due benefit of any subsidy, which Government gives under different arrangements; (b) if so, has the Government taken notice of the fact; if so, the details thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to not only establish more Utility Stores in far-flung areas of Balochistan to provide full benefit of any subsidy to people of Balochistan?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has taken the notice of a fact that the electricity transmission network in Balochistan is in a dilapidated condition; (b) consequently, it causes irreparable losses in case of any small to medium man-made or natural calamity; if so the details thereof; (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to upgrade it to the extent that it can sustain at least moderate disasters with details of the value; and (d) volume of upgradtion works carried out during the last five years including the current year?

Will the Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Government has announced a policy for payment of Rs.30,000/- to a family who have one or more abnormal children through Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal; (b) whether it is also a fact that Government have failed to pay such amount to the families through Pakistan Bait-ulMal particularly CNIC No.37401-2542434-4, 37401-7542543-1, 37401-8366501-9, 37401-5641726-8, 37401-56091180-8 and 37401-5744215-8; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the reasons thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to pay said amount to the deserving persons as mentioned in part (b) alongwith their CNIC numbers?
