Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite the hectic efforts by the Government there has been no reduction in the prices of medicines; (b) whether it is also a fact that some medicines of urgent requirement needed for treatment of fatal diseases like cancer etc., are not being manufactured in Pakistan and being imported, some even from India; and (c) whether the Government is taking any steps to ask pharmaceuticals companies of Pakistan to produce these medicines in Pakistan?

(a) whether it is a fact that custom Appellate tribunals are non functional during the last eight months; (b) whether it is also a fact that many tribunals are non functional due to not deputing the judges therein; (c) what are the the reasons for not deputing thereof; and (d) the time by which all the tribunals will be made functional?

(a) whether it is a fact that approximately 70 to 80 percent of our population depends on pulses which Pakistan is producing only 30 percent pulses; (b) if so, the steps being taken by present Government to enhance the production of pulses?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (Q) whether it is a fact that custom Appellate tribunals are nonfunctional during the last eight months: (h) whether it is also a_fact that many tribunals are nonfunctional · due 10 not deputing the judges therein; (c) what are the reasons for not deputing thereof and (d) the time by which all the tribunals will he made functional?
