Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that 33 KV Grid Stations of Thakot was upgraded to 132 KV Grid under PSDP in 2010-11 and tender was also floated thereof; (b) if so, why work has not started thereon so far; and (c) whether there is any proposal to start the work thereon and the time by which it will be completed?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the territories of tehsil Aalai Thakot, Sub Division Basham has been included in Swat Circle, which was included previously in Hazara Division territorial limits; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the time by which Tehsil Aalai Thakot will be included in Hazara Circle-II which is near and easy in approach for the local people of Hazara?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state whether the Government intends to construct a road of valley Choralai in district Batagram; if so, when it will be constructed?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the link road of local villages from Chatar Turning Bhatian to the Bridge in the District Battagram has become dilapidated due to CPEC road; if so, whether the said road will be repaired by the CPEC management or National Highways Authority?

Will the Minister for Postal Services be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the persons not belonging to district Battagram were recruited at Runner post by Pakistan Post during the previous Government; if so, reasons thereof; and (b) whether said recruitment was made on merit?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the up-gradation of Thakot Grid Station from 33 KV to 132 KV was included in PSDP 2010-11 and the same was tendered; (b) if so, the reasons for slow work thereupon and the time by which the same will be completed; and (c) whether the Government intends to connect Thakot Grid Station to Ali Khor Power House for the supply of electricity; if so, when; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the present Government has a unique approach for tourism and is desirous to provide access to tourists to the tourism sites of the country; (b) whether it is also a fact that the valley Choralai has the area of one lac and 64 thousands acre and the respected Prime Minister has visited the said vally and has promised for construction of a road; (c) if so, whether the Government plans to construct a road to valley Choralai; if not, the reasons therefor?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) the time by which work of conversion of Thakot Grid Station from 33 KV to 132 KV would be completed; and (b) whether electricity connection from Alai Power House is included in the Thakot Grid Station Program; if so, the time by which it will be implemented; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Postal Services be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the recruitments were made on the posts of Post Master and Runner in Postal Services by the last Government in Mansehra, Batgram, Kohistan and Torghar; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in the affirmative, whether merit was observed in this regard; and (c) the details of number of persons recruited alongwith names?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state the names of sites earmarked for the promotion of tourism in district Batgram with regard to tourism in District Batgram; if so, the details; if not, the reasons thereof?
