Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the land near the right side of the Thokar Niaz Baig has been leased to an influential person for the establishment. of PSO Pump and CNG Station on Motorway M-2 (Lahore to Rawalpindi) during the period from 16-03-2008 to 31-03-2013; if so, the details of land alongwith the terms and conditions, names of allottees, rent, and justification thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to cancel the said lease agreement; if so, when it will be canceled?
