Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) the amount which has been paid regarding the purchase of price of lands, houses and forest etc. to the each affected family by the Government and Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) at Kazzoba, Tehsil and Sub-Division Batani merger area FR Luky Marwat alongwith the procedure adopted to pay the said amount; and (b) the expenditure incurred upon the welfare and development of the local tribal community from the Federal Government and OGDCL and company included in the agreement alongwith the detail of names and sources from where the amount has been paid for the said expenditures?

(a) whether it is a fact that OGDCL and its contracting company is not providing jobs to local tribal people by protecting their rights in the process of exploration of Oil and Gas in erstwhile merged area F.R Lakki Marwat, Tehsil and Sub-Division Betni, Gazgoba; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the Federal Government to end deprivations of local people; and (c) the steps taken or being taken by the oil companies for protection from environmental pollution, social responsibility and welfare and for providing due share to the local tribs?

(a) whether it is a fact that due to numerous time breakage of water pond during the process of drilling for the discovery of Oil and Gas reserves by OGDCL and its contracting company chemical mixed water has been mingled with the water of local spring in merger area F.R Lakki Marwat, Tehsil and Sub-Division Betni, Gazgoba; (b) whether it is also a fact that the poisonous water of the above said spring has caused the death of numerous humans as well as animals, if so: and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government in order to held the accountable responsibles and to compensate the losses of local tribes?
