Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) per annum estimated increase in salaries of Government employees of each grade, as announced in budget, 2019-20; (b) per annum estimated increase in the amount of taxes, that has to be paid by the employees of each grade; (c) whether it is a fact that employees of Government have to pay more amount under the head of taxes, as compare to the increase made in their salaries; if so, the reasons thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken to rationalize the rate of taxes on salaries of employees of the Government?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Government has claimed to make substantial increase in the revenue of the Pakistan Railways; (b) whether such revenue has increased with proportion of its expenditure; (c) if so, whether the accounts of Pakistan Railways for financial year 2018-19 have been audited by the independent auditors; if so, the details thereof; (d) if not, how does Government claims such figures without any independent audit?
