Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that eighteen hours electricity load shedding is being carried out in Tehsil Gandakha, District Jafarabad Balochistan; if so, the reason thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to up-grade the Gandakha Grid Station; if so, the time by which it will be carried out; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the four lane road on the pattern of Motorway, from Dera Allah Yar Balochistan to Quetta is included in the CPEC; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that recruitments being made on contingency basis in Federal Ministries; (b) whether it is also a fact that persons belonging to other provinces are appointed on Balochistan quota and these appointees are regularized after six months of their service;(c) if so, the reasons thereof alongwith the number of posts of Balochistan quota lying vacant in Federal Ministries; and (d) as to why posts of Balochistan quota are not being advertized alongwith the reasons thereof?
