Will the Minister for Maritime Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that EPZ Gwadar is being planned by Gwadar Port Authority and a Chinese Company; if so, the time by which the development work will be started thereon; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to supply electricity for the industries/investors who intend to establish industries there?

Will the Minister for Energy be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the electricity through K-Electric is being supplied to Lasbela District of Balochistan; (b) whether it is also a fact that the transmission lines laid down in said area are outdated and not fit to bear load capacity; and (c) whether there is any plan of K-Electric or the Federal Government to upgrade/improve or replace the existing main transmission line system in the said District?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reform be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Ministry has a steering committee on Gwadar/CPEC regarding master plan and other issues; (b) if so, the names of the members of said steering committee; and (c) whether elected representatives i.e. MNA and MPA from Gwadar town are included in said committee?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that ground breaking of Winder Dam in Lasbela District was made by the then President Mr. Asif Ali Zardari on 1st January, 2010; (b) if so, the reasons of non-commencement of its work till date; and (c) the time by which Government to start the work on said Dam?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) the number of employees including Auditor General of Pakistan which are working on deputation in the provinces of the country or outside the country during the last five years; and (b) the name of each officer who was appointed more then one time on deputation alongwith the interval between the first and last deputation of each officer?
